Slow and soft music is okay, but please do not play loud music. You are in the middle of nature and a village.

Services of the staff are available until 10:00 pm
We follow a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. You may ask the caretaker for an ashtray and smoke outside the house if you need to.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Wifi and Connectivity:
There is a good 4G connectivity for Airtel and Jio users, unless the weather is bad. Anyone who needs dedicated connection should carry an Airtel/Jio Sim and it works very good. We don’t have WiFi connection facility.

Cancellation Policy:

45 – 30 days prior to check-in date – 50 % of full amount would be charged as retention

31 – 16 days prior to check-in date – 75 % of full amount would be charged as retention

15 Days prior to check-in date – 100% of full amount would be charged as retention.

Bookings made for long weekends, festivals and blackout periods (sold-out dates, special festivals, Christmas & New Year) are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Getting There:

By Road:
Buses depart in the morning and late evening from the Kashmere Gate, New Delhi for Rishikesh every day. To reach Pauri you have to take another bus from Rishikesh, which is 120Kms away. You can choose from a regular or a deluxe coach.

By Train
The nearest railhead to Pauri is Kotdwar which is 105Kms away. Dehradun is another railway station which is 150Kms from Lansdowne. Dehradun is better connected with almost all major cities of the country.

By Air
Jolly Grant Airport (DED) at Dehradun is the nearest airport to Pauri which is 150Kms away. Jolly Grant is a domestic airport having daily flights from many major cities of the country.

We will share the exact directions upon confirmation. We have pickup, drop facility from the Airport/Railway Station, which are chargeable additionally.
We also offer accommodation for the drivers at the property at an additional cost. Please inform us at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

After breakfast you can explore nearby areas you can visit Kandolia in Pauri, Sri Kyunkaleshwar temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Khirsu is blessed with lush forest and orchards. Go for a village walk you can find mushroom cultivation. You can experience village life and explore hidden beauty of the hill station by walking through dense forest and jungle trails. This hill station offers tranquil experience. The place is loved by cyclist as it offers several cycle tracks with picturesque view of Himalayan ranges.

Khirsu: Located about 15Kms from Pauri, Khirsu is a quaint hamlet renowned for its pristine beauty and panoramic views of the Himalayas. The tranquil ambience and serene surroundings make it an ideal destination for those seeking solace in the lap of nature.

Kandoliya Temple: Perched atop a hill, the Kandoliya Temple is dedicated to the goddess Maa Kali and offers panoramic views of the Himalayas and the town of Pauri below. Morning free at leisure. After breakfast drive to Khirsu. It is a quaint hill station located in the Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand, India. Situated at an altitude of around 5500Feet, Khirsu offers stunning views of the Himalayan peaks such as Trishul, Nanda Devi and Panchachuli. Go for a guided village walk of Khirsu. As one wander through the charming lanes of Khirsu, one will witness the warmth of the locals who take pride in preserving their age-old customs and traditions in their daily life. Later transfer to stay.
Evening visit the local market. Overnight stay at Khirsu.
