We follow a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. You may ask the caretaker for an ashtray and smoke outside the house if you need to.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Wifi and Connectivity:
There is a good 4G connectivity for Airtel and Jio users, unless the weather is bad. Anyone who needs dedicated connection should carry an Airtel/Jio Sim and it works very good. We don’t have WiFi connection facility.
Cancellation Policy:
45 – 30 days prior to check-in date – 50 % of full amount would be charged as retention
31 – 16 days prior to check-in date – 75 % of full amount would be charged as retention
15 Days prior to check-in date – 100% of full amount would be charged as retention.

Bookings made for long weekends, festivals and blackout periods (sold-out dates, special festivals, Christmas & New Year) are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Getting There:
By Road:
Being popular tourist destinations, Rishikesh (26Kms from Pathaal) and Dehradun (23Kms from Pathaal) have a good network of buses connecting it with important places i.e. New Delhi, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh. Buses depart in the morning and late evening from the Kashmere Gate, New Delhi for Rishikesh & Dehradun every day. You can choose from a regular, deluxe or a luxurious coach.
By Train
The nearest railhead to Pathaal is Rishikesh which is approximately 32Kmsaway and is well connected with many cities of the country by daily/weekly trains.
By Air
Jolly Grant Airport (DED) at Dehradun is the nearest airport to Pathaal Rishikesh which is approximately 10Kms away. Once you reach at the airport, you can opt for regular taxi or bus service which is easily available from Airport to Pathaal Rishikesh.

We will share the exact directions upon confirmation. We have pickup, drop facility from the Airport/Railway Station, which are chargeable additionally.
We also offer accommodation for the drivers at the property at an additional cost. Please inform us at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

To See:
Laxman Jhula: It is one of the most famous hanging bridges over the holy River Ganga at Rishikesh. Built in 1939, this jhula is made up of iron and is a 450 feet long suspension bridge at an elevation of 70 feet above the river. The jhula is a link between two important villages, Jonk Village in Pauri Garhwal and Tapovan Village in Tehri Garhwal.
Triveni Ghat: This is is one of the must-visit places in Rishikesh. This Ghat is considered the most sacred among all the other ghats because of the confluence point of the three most sacred rivers in Hindu Mythology – Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati.
The Beatles Ashram: Located on a cliff in the Swargashram area of Rishikesh and 1Km from Ram Jhula, Beatles Ashram is one of the most important places to explore in Rishikesh. Also known as Chaurasi Kuti, this is the ashram where The Beatles lived and wrote dozens of songs and meditated. The tranquillity and calmness of this ashram will leave you spell-bound. Most of the buildings are in decay, but the ruins remind of rustic brilliance beautified by colourful graffiti on the walls.
Shivpuri: This is the best place in Rishikesh to indulge in one of the most exciting water adventure activities – river rafting! Situated at a distance of 19Kms from Rishikesh, this town is located on the banks of River Ganga. A hub of river rafting, this town is crowded with adventure enthusiasts.
Neergarh Waterfall: A lovely waterfall at the end of a 20-minute hike that starts 2Kms north of Lakshman Jhula, Neer Gaddu Waterfall is one of the beautiful sightseeing spots in Rishikesh. This natural waterfall adorns the town by its exquisite picturesque views and beautifully carved rocks.
Robbers’ Cave: Locally known as Gucchu Paani, is a natural river cave in the Himalayas in Dehar Plateau in Dehradun. The total length of the cave is six hundred metres, divided into two main parts. The cave has the highest fall of approximately ten metres.The central part of the cave has a fort wall structure which has now been broken. It consists of a narrow gorge formed in a conglomerate limestone area on Doon Valley’s Dehra Plateau.
Forest Research Institute (FRI): Established as Imperial Forest Research Institute in 1906, the Forest Research Institute (FRI) Dehradun, was first located on the Mall Road. Styled in Greeko Roman Architecture by C.G. It is now a National Heritage site. It is of the biggest forest based training institutes in India. The FRI’s building also houses a Botanical Museum. FRI Dehradun is one of the country’s oldest research institutes dedicated to forest research. It is the most comprehensive forest-based training centre in India and attracts thousands of students each year to study and research every aspect of forests.

Arrival at Dehradun Airport/ Dehradun Station. Meet and greet by our local representative. Drive to Rishikesh. Transfer to stay. Later visit Ramjhula/Swarga Ashram/ Geeta Bhawan/Parmarth Niketan.
Reach Parmarth Niketan by 6-7 PM in the evening to attend Ganga Arti. Overnight stay at Rishikesh

Day 3: Day Excursion to Corn Village

Day 4: Mussoorie – Jakhol
After breakfast check out hotel/stay and drive to Jakhol via Lakhamandal. Visit Lakhamandal Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Jakhol Village is a picturesque hamlet nestled in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand, India. Situated at an elevation of around 7200Feet, it offers breath-taking views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks and lush greenery. The village is renowned for its tranquil atmosphere, traditional wooden houses, terraced fields, and warm hospitality of the locals.
Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Jakhol.

Day 5: Jakhol Village Tour

Day 6: Jakhol – Hanol
After breakfast depart for Hanol. Visit the ancient Hanol Temple. The architecture of Mahasu Devta Temple draws your attention for sure. Explore the temple complex and soak in the spiritual atmosphere. Hanol is a small village located on the banks of Tons river in Chakrata. Surrounded by verdant hills, it’s a place not frequented by tourists but greatly esteemed by local hill dwellers. Hanol was also once home to Asia’s tallest pine tree. Although the tree is no more, you can see the bark of the tree safely preserved.
Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Hanol.

Day 7: Hanol – Chakrata
